Southern Motion™ Cagney Vintage Power Headrest Double Reclining Sofa

The Cagney Collection from Southern Motion brings the highest levels of comfort disguised in this durable poly blend material. A few of the design elements to note are the pillow top poly-foam arm pads that support your arms. The arm frame itself is radius-ed just enough to add dimension and style, as well as the pub backs which have subtle partitions with decorative French seams that provide just the right depth where your shoulder blades rest when you sit. The Cagney also has additional transitional elements like the padded wings and the pad-over-chaise seat pads with plenty of crown which helps to soften the overall appearance. With its power recline, power headrest and usb charging ports, its sure to be a hit in your home.

Delrin Bushings used to reduce noise and provide a smooth reclining function

Mechanism springs are insulated to reduce noise

Springs are tied together using cross wires to equalize support and comfort

Our back frames and arm frames tested and approved by Mississippi State University

Seat Frames are all kilndried hardwood with 4 metal seat braces

The age-old philosophy of life imitating art rings true with Southern Motion™. Co-founder Guy Lipscomb and his wife Sandy named the brand “Southern Motion” after a painting that channeled the southern charm that Guy and co-founder Larry Todd had been striving to capture. Armed with a name that embodies the brand and its ideology, Southern Motion™ propels itself to the forefront of relaxed and comfortable contemporary furniture.

Southern Motion™ has prospered unequivocally over the course of its life. Quality reclining furniture is not sacrificed for the sake of frugality; each piece hand-crafted in the USA is a testament to the principle that precision produces the best in lifestyle furnishings. Bring southern hospitality into your home—no matter what part of the world you’re in.
